New Family/Transfer Enrollment Procedures

When submitting the completed enrollment papers, we will ask you for the following additional documentation:
Families must reside within the district boundaries in order to send their children either to List, EF Rittmueller Middle School, or Frankenmuth High School. You can check to see if your home falls within the district boundaries under the New Families information tab. Several documents will be necessary to prove residency these include:
An original of one of the following documents showing parent/guardian name and current address:
- Closing Statement/Certificate of Occupancy
- Current Signed Lease and Landlord Declaration
- Current Property Tax Bill
- Mortgage Payment Book
In addition a current original* (showing parent/guardian name and current address) of any three of the following:
- Gas and/or Electric Bill
- Bank Statement
- Cable and/or Satellite TV Bill
- Telephone Bill (No Cell)
- Auto Insurance Policy or Bill
- Home Insurance Policy or Bill
- Payroll or Social Services Check
- Major Credit Card Statement
*Current means a service period ending withing 30 days of the date of registration.
The Michigan Missing Children's Act, (MCL 380.1135), requires that you provide a certified (raised seal) copy of the child's birth certificate when you are enrolling in school.

- Please provide a record showing that your child has received all of the required immunization. Please refer to the chart below for the required immunizations and the time frame in which they must be administered.

** All doses of vaccines must be given with appropriate spacing between doses and at appropriate ages to be considered valid.
